Benavente, and the Deputy Director and Principal Investigator of the center, Dr. Cristian Gallardo-Esc\u00e1rate, the findings revealed differences between the transcriptomic profiles of SHK-1 cells and kidney samples, but with a 24.15% identity among differentially expressed genes.
