The event, held in Puerto Varas, began with a presentation by the astronomer and National Prize for Exact Sciences, Jos\u00e9 Maza. Following this, a panel discussion moderated by the research coordinator of Intesal, Felipe Tuca, took place, which included the participation of experts Javiera Cornejo, Sandra Mar\u00edn, Ang\u00e9lica Barroso, F\u00e9lix Godoy, and the Director of INCAR.<\/p>\n<p>The Science Plan aims to define a research baseline to establish the impact of the activity on subjects such as biodiversity, marine funds, oceanography and nutrients, coastal governance and water resources.
