the Socioeconomic Sustainability line of the Interdisciplinary Center for Aquaculture Research (INCAR), participated in the Third United Nations Ocean Conference, UNOC3, which took place in Nice, France, from June 9<sup>th<\/sup> to June 13<sup>rd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>On June 12<sup>th<\/sup>, Dr. Ch\u00e1vez took part in the session titled &#8220;Navigating Sustainability: Global Insights on Aquaculture Performance,&#8221; where he presented &#8220;Mussels, algae, and scallops\u2014performance comparison in Chile.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>During this session, case studies from various countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Colombia, Vietnam, and Chile) were presented, which considered different aquaculture systems, including tilapia, shrimp, mussels, algae, and scallops, analyzing their environmental,
