Biografía

César Salazar es Profesor Asociado del Departamento de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales de la Universidad del Bio-Bio, investigador asociado en el Centro Interdisciplinario para la Investigación Acuícola (INCAR)-FONDAP-CONICYT, e investigador senior de la red internacional Environment for Development (EfD). El Dr. Salazar posee un PhD en Economía de la Universidad de Copenhague, Dinamarca, y un Magister en Economía de los Recursos Naturales y del Medio Ambiente de la Universidad de Concepción. Su investigación se centra en aplicaciones empíricas de la teoría microeconómica del desarrollo a diversos problemas relacionados con la explotación y la gestión del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales, particularmente en el ámbito de los recursos marinos, agricultura y manejo de residuos.
