The Charles Darwin Foundation has extended an invitation to Dr. Carlos Chávez, a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Talca and an Associate Researcher in the “Socioeconomic Sustainability” line at the Interdisciplinary Center for Aquaculture Research (INCAR, FONDAP ANID), to participate in the High-Level Advisory Group (HAG) of the Galapagos Fisheries Think Tank (GFTT).
The main objectives of the Advisory Group are to provide guidance to the GFTT so that its research program takes into account the most recent and cutting-edge trends in areas such as conservation, fisheries management, and food security, and to support the development of activities that enhance its visibility at the international level.
