In an effort to address the challenges posed by diseases in cultivated fish, Centro INCAR is hosting an international seminar on cultivated fish diseases in Latin America

The Interdisciplinary Center for Aquaculture Research (INCAR) will be hosting the International Seminar, “Fish Diseases in Latin American Aquaculture: Diagnosis, Treatment, and Prevention”. This initiative, led by Dr. Ruben Avendaño-Herrera, the Principal Investigator of the “Animal Health in Freshwater Life Stages of Salmonids” line at the center and an Academic at the University Andrés Bello (UNAB), will bring together 9 specialists from 7 countries for two virtual sessions on October 4th and 11th.

The event is supported by the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California-Davis, United States. AquaHoy and AQUA magazine are serving as media partners for this occasion.
