The second edition of the National Conference “Impacts and prevention and control strategies for caligidosis in Chilean salmon farming” will be held in Puerto Varas between October 22nd and 23rd. The conference will be organized by the Interdisciplinary Center for Aquaculture Research (INCAR), the Aquaculture Institute at Universidad Austral de Chile (IACUI), and the Salmon Technological Institute (INTESAL).
Keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster sessions, and technical workshops are all part of the agenda for the conference, which is dedicated to promoting sustainable salmon farming in Chile and finding solutions for caligidosis. The event will provide a platform for young researchers, students, and industry professionals to engage and collaborate.
