The Annual Meeting of the Environment for Development (EfD) initiative, which took place between October 3 to 6 in Nairobi, Kenya, featured the participation of three researchers from the “Socioeconomic Sustainability” line at the INCAR Center: Dr. Leonardo Salazar, Dr. Carlos Chávez, and Dr. César Salazar.
On October 3rd, Dr. César Salazar presented his research titled “Risk perception and production risk in seaweed aquaculture,” during the “Aquaculture (BlueRforD)” session. During the same session, Dr. Leonardo Salazar presented his research “Price Transmission in the Chilean Brown Seaweed Market7”. On October 4th, Dr. Carlos Chávez shared his findings on “Social context, framing, and compliance with the law: experimental evidence” in the “Experiments and Methods” session.
