On December 18, the University of Concepción hosted the fourth edition of the Ceremony for Recognizing Excellence in Research and Artistic Creation, organized by its Vice-Rectorate of Research and Development. This event served to acknowledge the dedication of 31 researchers committed to achieving excellence in scientific research and the promotion of artistic creation. During the ceremony, Dr. Renato Quiñones, Director of the Interdisciplinary Center for Aquaculture Research (INCAR), was awarded in the category of “Research Project Management.” The Recognition for Excellence in Research and Artistic Creation is an initiative of the Vice-Rectorate, aimed at celebrating UdeC faculty whose work stands out for its quality, impact, success in securing funding, or contributions to the development of advanced human capital in research, both domestically and internationally.
