Solo de Ciencia Chile, the scientific monologue competition that encourages scientific outreach and literacy in the country, has announced the extension of the application deadline for this unprecedented national activity until Sunday, August 3rd. The national final will be held in September at the University of Concepción, allowing the winner to represent Chile in the Ibero-American final that will take place in Quito, Ecuador.
Participants in Solo de Ciencia Chile can include undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as researchers of Chilean nationality or foreign nationals residing in Chile, who are affiliated with the national system of Science, Technology, Knowledge, and Innovation.
