Biography
Dr. Jeanne Simon is an academic and researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Aquaculture Research (INCAR) in Chile. As a political scientist, her work focuses on the socioeconomic sustainability in aquaculture governance.
With experience in public policies and governance, she has participated in projects related to climate change adaptation in the fishing and aquaculture sector and in the analysis of collaborative governance. Additionally, she is dedicated to educating and training new generations of scientists regarding public policies and the governance of common-use resources. Her work at INCAR positions her as one of the few political scientists analyzing governance in the sector.
